As Experience Manager in the CX team, you will be identifying, launching and monitoring key initiatives to deliver a best in class experience at scale. 

About the Role

  • Detect key pain points and opportunities to improve user experience. This includes :
  • *Collecting insights and develop strategical market insights supported by data

    *Identifying root causes of users’ dissatisfaction and bad experiences through data analysis, and

    *Benchmarking competitor business data to challenge internal business and processes.

  • Outline, and sponsor department needs and launch initiatives to relevant departments (CX, Product, etc.). This includes :
  • *Outlining new rules and guidelines,

    *Quantifying and sharing expected impacts,

    *Sharing with teams, iterating, validate

    *Launching initiatives (product feature, user rules, user journey, etc.) and monitor them-clearly explain changes from a business and user point of view.

  • Monitor and adapt user journey to maximise the user experience. This includes :
  • *Making sure supply and demand are well balanced through monthly data analysis and data-driven recommendations.

    About You

  • 5+ years of experience
  • successful experience in impacting a business/ user experience
  • data-driven, strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • ability to outline model and rules in a business and user perspective
  • Ability to work cross team
  • Interested in Customer Success, Data, Product
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Product or data is a plus
