→ Your mission

As a member of the Business Operations team, you will be guarantor of the quality and the simplicity of our CRM

Your mission is to make sure Sales and Ops teams use it daily, very easily, and that CRM data are trustable and insightful for them. Thanks to your work, Brigad Sales Managers & C-Level, should be able to pilot Sales Funnels and do forecasts. 

This role reports to the Head of Business Operations, and works closely with Data, Tech, Marketing and Sales teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical implementation of our new CRM freelancers: you will be in charge of setting up our new CRM (Hubspot) dedicated to freelancers. You will provide technical recommendations to the Sales Operations Manager who will co-work on this topic with you. You will implement agreed solutions.
  • Centralize transversal CRM needs: The CRM is a central tool for the entire company. You will synthesize Sales, Ops and C-Level’s needs but also those from the Product and especially Marketing teams. You will especially work with Marketing to make sure their Marketing automation campaigns get triggered by trustable properties. Your goal is to synthesize all those needs and make sure to develop a CRM without technical debt and complexity. 
  • Implement new features on our CRM Business, and our CRM freelancers (once this one gets live) to make the tool as simple as possible for Sales and Ops users. You will suggest optimizations and adapt the CRM along with Brigad evolutions in the coming years. Your purpose: create features that help Brigad scaling.
  • Be the point of contact for Tech & Data teams, regarding CRM integration with our Back-office: you will work closely with them to make sure integrations work well, and that a maximum of useful data from our back-office gets visible to Sales and Ops teams. 
  • Guarantor of Hubspot Dashboards: you will create, with Business Operations Managers, Hubspot dashboards for Sales, Ops and their managers, in order to help them monitor their daily activities and forecasts. 
  • Provide recommendations: in terms of features design and tool maintenance. Either through Husbpot native functionalities or by providing recommendations of other tools from Hubspot ecosystem that could facilitate Sales daily work, and managers monitoring
  • Clean the CRM base on a regular basis: clean duplicates, maintain properties, enriched the bases with external data
  • Train Sales on CRM features: you will co-work with Sales Operations Managers on training for Sales & Ops teams. You will make sure that the adoption of the CRM is great. 
  • If you have...

  • At least 5 years of experience, on CRM implementation and maintenance in a scale-up or a CRM consulting company. You have ideally worked on both Hubspot and Salesforce, but the priority is on Hubspot. 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best-practices and ecosystem. You have seen several instances in several companies, and know do and don’t. You also know the best-in class App on Hubspot Marketplace. Thus you can provide recommendations in terms of best in class CRM design and help us accelerate new features deployment. 
  • Both thinker & doer : strong analytical skills to understand our Sales challenges and needs, but you also love implementing new features and clean the CRM
  • Creative problem solver: ability to detect issues and imagine creative solutions with limited resources
  • Pedagogic mindset: you understand that others may not know about the CRM as yourself, and you are keen on teaching them. You also love gathering feedbacks during those sessions to improve your CRM
