Descriptif du poste

The Talent Acquisition Manager will assist with recruiting across Engineering openings. You will collaborate and strategize with Hiring Managers to successfully fill new vacancies. This role requires exceptional communication skills both while working internally with hiring managers, and externally with candidates.

Your responsibilities:

  • Gather position requirements, ideal candidate profile, interview process details, and other essential information from hiring managers when a new vacancy arises
  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines within the ATS, Lever
  • Conduct resume screening and phone screening to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers
  • Consult with hiring managers on various topics such as talent acquisition strategy, common obstacles, interview guidelines, market trends, and candidate experience
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks
  • Contribute towards Human Resources projects and events

Profil recherché

Your qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition either in-house or for a recruitment agency
  • Experience with resume screening and phone screening
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with outbound sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
  • SaaS and/or MarTech industry experience a plus
