What You'll Do

As an L&D Coordinator - Onboarding, you report to the L&D Senior Manager and work within a team of five to deploy and implement training programs for talent within our organization, particularly for new joiners during their first year, as well as for local and regional/global programs targeting Associates and Consultants.

 

You work collaboratively and in a project-based environment (with internal clients and external stakeholders) on these topics, following an innovative and high-standard approach with a constant focus on continuous improvement.

You act as the main point of contact for regional and global L&D teams and contribute to projects as the Paris lead for training initiatives related to your assigned population.

 

Your scope includes training programs supporting onboarding and/or promotion of Consultants, development modules, coaching, RFP management, instructional design topics, feedback analysis, as well as “Flagship” and/or “Moonshot” training programs aligned with Consultant development needs and BCG’s global business priorities.

 

You will also collaborate with Consultants of varying seniority levels on certain projects.

 

Additional analytical topics may also fall within your scope, including trainer bonuses, gender balance reporting, social reporting, trainer community engagement, and maintenance of the L&D microsite.

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Planning and organization of training sessions

  • Build and manage the annual planning of the local training program to ensure Consultant availability and optimize attendance:
    • Consulting Starter (one-week onboarding program)
    • Refresher (half-day training session 3 months after joining)
    • Business Acumen (11 mandatory modules delivered twice a year)
    • Logistical support for the second week of Consulting Foundations:
      • participant registration on the LMS
      • coordination with the regional team
      • organization of a celebration dinner
  • Identify employees required to attend mandatory training
  • Organize recurring celebratory events (promotion anniversaries, etc.)
  • Contribute to upskilling campaigns based on business needs
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of coaching offering
  • Provide relevant data to track legal and internal KPIs (e.g., preparation of CSE consultation documents)
  • Monitor the training budget with the L&D Sr Manager and Finance team (E1, E2, Plan/Landing)
  • Manage and oversee external vendors (including onboarding in the internal Coupa tool)

2. Learning design and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of new content
  • Redesign and continuously improve local programs in line with strategic priorities
  • Monitor ongoing learning projects (ex. Harmonization initiatives)
  • Collect, analyze, and leverage post-training feedback

3. Development and engagement of the trainer community

  • Recruit, manage, and renew members of the Paris Core Team
  • Coordinate community engagement events

4. Promotion of L&D best practices

  • Promote L&D initiatives within the Paris office
  • Contribute to the rollout of new tools, particularly those related to generative AI


What You'll Bring

You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources and have 2 - 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar training/L&D role.
