What You'll Do
As an L&D Coordinator - Onboarding, you report to the L&D Senior Manager and work within a team of five to deploy and implement training programs for talent within our organization, particularly for new joiners during their first year, as well as for local and regional/global programs targeting Associates and Consultants.
You work collaboratively and in a project-based environment (with internal clients and external stakeholders) on these topics, following an innovative and high-standard approach with a constant focus on continuous improvement.
You act as the main point of contact for regional and global L&D teams and contribute to projects as the Paris lead for training initiatives related to your assigned population.
Your scope includes training programs supporting onboarding and/or promotion of Consultants, development modules, coaching, RFP management, instructional design topics, feedback analysis, as well as “Flagship” and/or “Moonshot” training programs aligned with Consultant development needs and BCG’s global business priorities.
You will also collaborate with Consultants of varying seniority levels on certain projects.
Additional analytical topics may also fall within your scope, including trainer bonuses, gender balance reporting, social reporting, trainer community engagement, and maintenance of the L&D microsite.

What You'll Bring
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources and have 2 - 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar training/L&D role.
Beyond your technical skills, your commitment, service mindset, and willingness to grow will be key to your success.
