We are looking for a strong candidate to support global initiatives to grow and enhance the group of expert consultants at BCG. Expert consultants have deep expertise in specific disciplines or industries. They belong to specific BCG practice areas and bring knowledge and experience to our clients and colleagues, and we want to grow that group rapidly.

The primary focus of this position is to support the Senior Director and the global team in growing the Expert Consulting Track (ECT) cohort at BCG.

The individual will be part of the Global ECT management team and will work closely with other members of the operational regional teams and across functions within BCG.

Works with Global ECT management team and teams across BCG supporting the following projects :

• Continues to automate our monthly reporting

• Automates and creates dashboards for new most used data analysis

• Conduct data quality checks and coordinate beta-testing /deployment of the new systems

• Provide assistance in the development of a new dashboard to improve the recruitment process for our Experts

• Supports analysis of data stored in our data warehouse, developing the fact base that the regional ECT teams will use to make decisions

Contributes to operations’ transformation:

• Digitize tools and processes

• Support the implementation of agile methodologies in ECT management teams (Trello, Slack)

We’re looking for exceptional talent from a business or engineering Grande Ecole to join us. You would typically:

• Be studying towards a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Management, Business Intelligence or Economics

• Have strong level of analytical skills and quantitative analysis - knowledge of SQL, Python/R,Tableau is a plus

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (pre-requisite)

• Be an excellent team player with networking abilities

• Have strong organizational, and project management skills
