What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as Recruiter located in Paris.

 


Key responsibilities include:


The BCG X EMESA Recruiter will support for designated BCG X Recruitment Team members in a variety of tasks related to full-life cycle recruiting. This position requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change.


You must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently, prioritize work, and have a proactive approach. You have an outstanding ability to multi-task, as well as, superior organizational skills. Attention to detail and strong customer service ethic are needed for success.

 


Key responsibilities include:


1/ Recruiting Process Support (70%)

  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics for phone screens, candidate interviews, and debrief meetings with both internal and external individuals
  • Acting as a host for any in-person candidate interviews
  • Responding to candidates questions about interview logistics and/or the organization
  • Together with the Recruiting Manager & other recruiters:
    • Identifying and maintaining the calendar of recruiting events (schedule and remind participants, maintain RSVP lists, etc.)
    • Responding to candidate inquiries about BCG Global Specialty Businesses with available relevant information
  • Researching academic programs and professional organizations related to BCG X’s career opportunities
  • Gathering market intelligence on competing organizations in the market
  • Completing ad-hoc projects and reporting, as necessary


2/ Recruiting responsibilities (30%)

 

  • Full lifecycle management of vacancies with primary focus on various capabilities within the analytics function, e.g. Interns, Data Scientists, AI, Software and Data Engineers, etc.
  • Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire (including direct search)
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process from scheduling interviews and prepping before them to final offer while providing a competency-based assessment and candidate recommendation to the hiring panel
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through efficient process management
  • Coordinate and push internal initiatives, support projects, build internal networks

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A first internship in recruiting
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office pack
  • Fluent in English and French
