Are you interested in talent acquisition, sourcing, and market intelligence in an international environment? Join BCG’s EMESA Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Intelligence Intern, where you will support senior hiring priorities through talent mapping, sourcing intelligence, and cross-functional projects.

 

You will work closely with recruiters, sourcers, and stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA), contributing to data-driven sourcing strategies and helping strengthen the visibility and performance of the regional Talent Acquisition function.

 

This role offers hands-on exposure to senior talent sourcing, market intelligence, data analysis, and project work, in a fast-paced and global consulting environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Talent Mapping & Sourcing Support:

  • Conduct senior talent mappings (consultants, experts, partners) to support EMESA hiring priorities
  • Support sourcing execution alongside recruiters and sourcers, including talent pool identification, candidate pre-screening, and coordination
  • Contribute to the identification of relevant markets, competitors, and talent segments

Market Intelligence & Insights:

  • Support the collection of market intelligence through talent mapping, desk research, and sourcing data analysis
  • Help transform sourcing and recruitment data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate updates and data hygiene across sourcing and recruitment databases
  • Analyze and structure sourcing and recruitment data to produce reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Support fact-based discussions with internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Support & Communication:

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and synthesis decks for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in local and international team meetings and best-practice exchanges across EMESA

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving sourcing processes, tools, and team performance
  • Support initiatives that enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the Talent Acquisition & Sourcing team
  • Throughout your internship/apprenticeship, you will be supported by your manager and the team to progressively build your skills. Depending on your engagement and initiative, you may contribute to additional structured projects beyond your core responsibilities.


What You'll Bring

 

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

 

Required:

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, university, IEP, or equivalent (Master’s level preferred)
  • First experience or strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing
  • Initial experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Comfortable working with data and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and structured approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French is a plus


Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with EMESA Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, and Sourcers, collaborating on senior sourcing priorities and regional projects.

 

You will also interact with HR and business stakeholders, contributing insights and structured outputs that support both operational and strategic talent acquisition decisions.
