Our Product team is looking for his/her first UX/UI Designer. You will report to our Product Manager and work in close collaboration with our front-end team (Squad Dashboard).

Your role is to design the user interface of our product always keeping in mind the user experience. You will re design some features of our current product to make the navigation and ergonomics more intuitive. You will also assist in the design of new features.

Mission

• Mockups and user flows conception.
• Work on a design system alongside the front-end developers.
• Contributing to the visual identity of our products.
• Assure the homogeneity of our branding, design, and identity across our products and communication supports.
• Prototyping new features and performing demo presentations.
• Participating in product research, and user interviews.
• Monitoring the last UI trends.
• Helping the marketing and sales teams with their decks, demos, and other presentations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience working in an organization with developers and product managers.
• Structured mind to sort projects, components, mockups, etc while working on Figma.
• Ability to adapt your speech to stakeholders, developers, or users.
• Skills in web app design (responsiveness design). Mobile app design is a plus.
• Deep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedback.
• Being data-driven and user-centric is a must.

• English and/or French mandatory.
