About the Role : 

We are looking for a mid/senior software/security engineer to join our team to maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade and enhance our telecom intrusion detection system (PTM).

The position is open for remote work; you will be joining a team that operates partially remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade and enhance our telecom IDS.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the IDS deployed on clients infrastructures and networks.
• Acquire telecom domain specifics knowledge, and detect security incident on client networks.

Technical skills :

• Knowledge about networking and network programming.
• Proficient with either C, Python or Lua programming language.
• Proficient in software architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge about IT/Telecom security will be a best.
• Bonus: Knowledge of telecom protocols / signaling.

Soft skills :

• Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
• Ability to be a force of proposition and taking ownership of a subject.
• Ability to independently and quickly acquire new knowledge.
• The desire to talk to clients, and helping detecting security incident with them.
