Your mission : 

• Develop and maintain core backend services, including FastAPI-based APIs, gRPC microservices, and real-time data streaming components.
• Design, test, and scale reliable data pipelines for electrophysiology signals (websockets, streaming protocols, etc.).
• Optimize system performance for handling real-time, high-throughput data while ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI, frontend, and product teams to integrate backend services seamlessly into the platform.
• Participate in architecture decisions, bringing best practices for scalability, testing, and deployment.

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong Python backend experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of real-time data handling (websockets, streaming APIs, gRPC, Kafka or similar).
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred), schema design, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and containerized deployments (Docker is a plus).
• A focus on clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to work on complex real-world data.
