Biocodex operates on a global scale through a network of affiliates and dedicated business partners. Our future Senior Controller Business Operations will be responsible for the financial business partnering and the monitoring of the financial performance of our Business Partners. Through this dynamic network, we empower partner companies to expand our footprint across borders cultivating lasting relationships built on shared ambitions. Within this role the candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager Business Operations and the main contact for the Head of Regions and their Regional Area Managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Monthly Closing: Lead the monthly closing process for the designated partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare financial statements and reports for review by senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor budget adherence and proactively address any deviations.
  • Performance Metrics Monitoring: Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate financial performance. Regularly report on financial metrics, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Demand Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and forecast demand. Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels based on demand fluctuations. Implement efficient stock control processes to minimize carrying costs.
  • Continuous Improvement Actions: Identify areas for process improvement within the FP&A cycle and implement enhancements to streamline operations. Collaborate with relevant teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Profil recherché

Profile :

- You have at least 10 years of experience in a Controlling/Auditing position

-You are fluent in French and English

-You master Excel, BI/Reporting tools (BO, PowerBI...) and you know how ERP systems work (SAP)

-You are proactive, curious, interested in business issues

-You have excellent communication and listening skills and you position yourself as a true business partner

-Methodical and rigorous, autonomous, you know how to work in a team and are recognized for your interpersonal skills.
