With its strong scientific foundation and presence in 95 countries, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 is widely recognized and endorsed by healthcare professionals as the gold standard in its category. To maintain this leadership amidst growing competition and evolving healthcare dynamics, innovative strategies are essential to engage, educate, and influence HCPs.
As a key support to the HCP Global Marketing Lead, this role involves contributing to the development of global campaigns targeting HCPs, ensuring their alignment with market realities, and driving their successful adoption and implementation across regions.
The position requires expertise in medical marketing, the ability to coordinate cross-cultural projects, and a drive to innovate in a competitive and dynamic environment.
Your missions
- Participate to the Global HCP Marketing Strategy: implement innovative marketing strategies defined by the Sb HCP Global Marketing Lead to maximize HCP engagement and product prescription.
- Develop Global Marketing Content and campaigns dedicated to HCP: Create and deploy to local teams emotional and scientifically accurate communication materials highlighting product superiority to effectively engage HCP.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with lead countries, medical R&D, regulatory, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Medical Educational Initiatives: In close partnership with global medical teams coordinate medical education programs, including webinars, conferences, and continued medical education (CME) initiatives, to engage and inform healthcare professionals about the uniqueness of Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: track the adoption and effectiveness of global HCP engagement campaigns to provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
- Support Local Teams: Provide operational support to local and regional marketing teams to ensure the best execution of the global campaigns and collect best practises.
- Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, including pharmaceutical codes of conduct and medical marketing best practices.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in healthcare or pharmaceutical sciences is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a role focused on healthcare professionals within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
- Global experience: previous experience managing marketing campaigns across diverse international markets requested or working in a different culture. Experience at a local and operational level will be a plus.
- Regulatory knowledge: Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and ethical standards in healthcare marketing.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
