As Global AI PMO, you will be at the heart of Biocodex's AI journey, ensuring visibility, alignment, and impact of all AI projects across the Group. You will orchestrate the AI portfolio worldwide, drive governance excellence, and enable strategic decision-making by connecting business priorities with cutting-edge AI execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Orchestration : ​Manage and maintain a clear, structured view of all AI projects across departments and countries.

• Strategic Alignment : Ensure AI projects support business goals, maximize impact, and contribute to the Group AI roadmap.

• Governance & Standards : Define, promote, and enforce project governance frameworks (templates, rituals, reporting, KPIs).

• Performance Tracking : Monitor progress, risks, ROI, and budgets to ensure value creation.

• Cross-functional Coordination : Act as a connector between AI Factory, IT, Compliance, Data, and Business Units.

• Leadership Support : Assist the Head of AI in planning, consolidation, communication, and executive reporting.

• Change Management : Promote AI literacy and cultural adoption across teams.

Profile

• 5+ years in PMO, project management, or transformation roles (healthcare, pharma, or tech preferred).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with agile and hybrid project management methods.

• Fluent in English and French.

• Passion for AI and its impact on business, healthcare, and society.
