We are looking for someone who wants to help companies and big brands to grow through the design implementation and management of digital strategies. You master Google Adwords, Facebook ads and Google analytics, but you are also familiar with other marketing channels such as social media, mail automation, etc.

The right person has a growth mindset, enjoys finding solutions to new problems, can learn and improvise on the spot. What will be your key responsibilities?

Knowledge

  • Drive the client & co-design their digital strategy: you have some experience with a consultative approach and you like to challenge and motivate clients. You are data driven and you can set business KPIs, model a business opportunities and write a business plan.
  • Project management to coordinate resources across various teams (data scientist, artistic directors etc) to execute on projects
  • Manage client relationships and generate new opportunities
  • Master all paid marketing channels
  • Master the Inbound and Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot, Unbounce, Mailchimp, Outgrow, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of social management tools (e.g. Iconosquare, Buffer)
  • Ability to learn and implement unknown technologies independently
  • Analytics and GTM advanced

Complexity and analysis

  • Understands the client’s internal reporting needs and creates solutions.
  • Understands and analyzes client market developments to identify SWOT
  • Manages workload and prioritizes tasks to ensure that all activities are strategic to campaign performance and feasible in a timely manner.
  • Consults with team members on client issues.
  • Handles complex and ambiguous situations to produce a solid strategy.
  • Able to make decisions and take responsibility in areas of expertise.

We are looking for an independent profile capable of identifying business opportunities (products, markets, services) and collaboration with the client to implement them.


Profil recherché

  • English speaking
  • 8 to 10 years of experience
  • Great organizational skills. Problem solver, ability to multitask;
  • Creative skills and talented to find new outcomers;
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good Business culture
  • Be able to challenge the client
