ENTER THE GAME  

As an Internal Regulatory Controller (CDD) within the Internal Regulatory Control department, your main mission will be to carry out, within a French and international scope, second-level controls designed as part of the internal control system within the various services comprising the gaming industry, covering various regulatory topics. You will thus contribute to the implementation and monitoring of controls to ensure the quality, sustainability, and effectiveness of risk management and regulatory risk prevention systems.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC  

In this role, your main missions will be: 

  • Prepare and then carry out, across all Betclic processes integrated into the control plan, second-level control missions aimed at evaluating the existence, quality, and effectiveness of risk management processes;
  • Adapt, prepare, and, if necessary, develop control points, tests, interviews, and other samples required to carry out your missions;
  • Draft second-level control reports within the Workiva tool;
  • Participate in defining recommendations and monitoring corrective measures;
  • Integrate and cooperate within a close-knit work team where communication and sharing of useful information will be essential to achieving objectives;
  • Ensure rigorous reporting to your hierarchy, promptly identifying any obstacles to performance;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control procedures or any other projects assigned by your hierarchy.
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! 

    This job is for you if:

  • Graduated with a master's degree in compliance, risk management, audit, or from a business school, you are looking for a first professional experience or have completed internships in internal control, audit, or compliance.
  • You are curious and motivated to learn more about risk management, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards such as AML, anti-corruption, or GDPR.
  • You demonstrate good analytical thinking and enjoy solving problems by relying on facts and structured reasoning. You are rigorous, organized, and eager to develop your ability to meet deadlines and follow a structured approach.
  • You show adaptability and are open to feedback and support in a constantly evolving environment. You are proactive and willing to adjust your methods to gain efficiency over time.
  • You enjoy teamwork and show a positive, collaborative attitude. You are keen to share ideas and contribute to a constructive and supportive team dynamic.
  • You are comfortable with office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, and ready to learn how to use internal control platforms like Workiva.
  • And finally, you are fluent in English
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?  

    If your application is shortlisted, Clémence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). 

    Next, you will meet Ramona - Head of Internal Regulatory Control, your future manager, followed by Julien - Head of Internal Regulatory Control. 

    Finally, Clémence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. 

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
