We currently have saved over 2,500 tons of products, thanks to 23,000 satisfied customers. YES! Tomorrow, we aim at saving thousands of tons of products and delivering them across Europe!

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who will be Bene Bono's design reference as he or she will be leading the design pole. Someone with a creative vision as well as a proactive “down to earth” spirit to make things happen efficiently. No management skills required.
The brand designer is the design reference of the brand. She or he will know how to adopt efficiently our current brand identity to make it alive on all of our communication tools (print & packaging, digital (web, app, social), editing, motion, photography, ...).
This person is the artistic director of the brand, meaning that she or he is both creative and down to earth (as this startup job requires being agile). We are looking for someone who has a (visual) vision for the brand and knows how to make it happen.
This person will be directly managed by Clémence, the Head of Brand & Content, and will closely work with another designer (apprentice), a content creator (apprentice) and a content strategist.
Your mission will be the following:
- Creative guiding: become our vigilant observer that tracks the latest trends, draw efficient conclusions and think of creative concepts that constantly challenge our communication.
- Design creation: improve our brand awareness by creating all the brand assets and making internal small shootings (taking and editing). Who, other than Bene Bono's brand image guardian, could do it 🥹?!
- Project and Priority Management: efficiently manage both internal and external resources to delivery project fast and demonstrate high standards to ensure consistency and quality across all medias.
REQUIRED PROFILE
We are looking for a golden nugget with:
- Creation tools skills (Adobe suite, Figma, photos and videos editing, illustration skills, motion design),
- Photography, camera and light knowledge,
- Printing, mastering the graphic chain, especially technical specifications for printing,
- You are known as a rigorous, organized and strategic team player 🫶
