As CMO, you will be in charge of rethinking our brand, developing and deploying a marketing and communication strategy that will accelerate our business. Your main objective is to industrialize our marketing in order to generate maximum awareness, interest and qualified leads.

Mission

• You’ll help us build our marketing roadmap. You’ll be architecting, building and deploying new marketing strategies
• Grow Beev’s brand
• Build out and manage the marketing team (currently consist of SEO team : 2 people and Growth team : 4 people) and partnerships with agencies
• Aside from proven technologies, we’re always looking into and experimenting new growth opportunities
• Challenge the existing marketing strategy
• Reportings

Your team
We already have an SEO team (1 full time/ 1 freelancer and three student contracts) and a Growth team (1 full time and three student contracts) and you’ll have the opportunity to manage them as well as further recruitments.

• You’re great with numbers, you write very well, you have an eye for design.
• You’re focused on the big picture yet you don’t mind getting your hands dirty.

• Strong experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-growing green company
• Completely bilingual in English & French
• You excel and have a proven track record in at least two of those: content and SEO, CRM, community building, email marketing, paid ads
• Experience with collaborating across multiple functional and technical teams to deliver a project.
• ‘Can do’ attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
