As a our first BDR, you will be working directly with our CMO, you will play a crucial role in establishing and growing the BDR team and setting up our outbound strategy for success, and progress into the team management 🔥
Create of the foundation of our outbound strategy : Messaging, sequences, cold emails, scripts, etc
Work on improving our ICPs/Personas in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager
Identify key target accounts and contacts.
Design and execute creative and personlized outbound campaigns (e.g. mailers, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences / trade shows) targeting entreprise and mid-market.
Add value by providing the right content for each targeted account, ie. case studies, screencasts, presentations, and event invitations.
Manage, track and report sales activities and results
Become an expert of our product
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
And of course, not being affraid of innovating and proposing new ideas 💡 ! Always on the lookout for the latest technologies and come up with out-of-the-ordinary actions to make Beedeez memorable!
Can work in an autonomous role and are constantly looking to improve
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Have a passion for sales and prospecting (Calling, e-mailing, social, events)
2-3+ years experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting in SAAS companies
A can-do attitude, and comfortable improving and scaling processes
Excellent communication and writing skills
Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, both in French and English.
Strong work ethic and focus on prospects/customers

Salary is between 38K/42K Fixe + 50% de uncapped variable with a full package between 60K/65K + perks)
