The position

Job description

As a our first BDR, you will be working directly with our CMO, you will play a crucial role in establishing and growing the BDR team and setting up our outbound strategy for success, and progress into the team management 🔥

Here are your main missions :

  • Create of the foundation of our outbound strategy : Messaging, sequences, cold emails, scripts, etc

  • Work on improving our ICPs/Personas in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager

  • Identify key target accounts and contacts.

  • Design and execute creative and personlized outbound campaigns (e.g. mailers, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences / trade shows) targeting entreprise and mid-market.

  • Add value by providing the right content for each targeted account, ie. case studies, screencasts, presentations, and event invitations.

  • Manage, track and report sales activities and results

  • Become an expert of our product

  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics

Preferred experience

Who you are:

  • Can work in an autonomous role and are constantly looking to improve

  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding quota

  • Have a passion for sales and prospecting (Calling, e-mailing, social, events)

What your bring to the table:

  • 2-3+ years experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting in SAAS companies

  • A can-do attitude, and comfortable improving and scaling processes

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, both in French and English.

  • Strong work ethic and focus on prospects/customers

Salary is between 38K/42K Fixe + 50% de uncapped variable with a full package between 60K/65K + perks)
