As a sustainability expert at Beavr, you’ll play the pivotal role in ensuring our clients have the best certification preparation experience, and successfully work towards improving their Sustainability Management System. You’ll empower customers to become self-sufficient while focusing on their long-term success, value realisation, retention and growth.

Your missions :

  • CSR expert role : Coach customers on preparing for their certifications and improving their Sustainability management systems, answer questions, provide advice and tips, share expertise

  • Customer success role : Focus on client long-term success, value realisation, retention and growth. Help customers use the Beavr platform, provide support on technical issues, build and maintain scaled resources (FAQs, guides), maintain regular contact with all customers to ensure that everything is running smoothly, that they are taken care of etc.

  • Write the CS playbook and structure our operations : we’re the next big thing in sustainability SaaS, our sales team is flooding us with clients and we need to serve them well, and efficiently.

In addition to working on these key topics, you will also get to contribute to other dimensions of Beavr such as

  • Product improvement : identify new features to improve our existing products, and help prototype the new modules that will be released on our platform

  • Misc

Some of the sustainability frameworks that you’ll work on :

EcoVadis (priority), B-Corp, CSRD.


Profil recherché

As a Customer Success Manager you will own a portfolio of clients across a range of different industries. We are looking for a versatile profile with strong bias for action, who is willing to be confronted to and take ownership on many different topics, acting as the voice of the customer within the Beavr team.

Key for success :

  • Be a CSR expert for Beavr. We hope you will learn from us and we want to learn from you.

  • Be client-centric. The success of Beavr depends on our Customers.

  • Be comfortable in an ambiguous and changing environment

  • Be goal-driven. Delivering features reliably is key at this stage of the company.

  • Be curious. You will have to touch on many different topic to be successful. You need to enjoy juggling with various frameworks/stakes.

This role is made for you if

  • You have a strong bias for action: we’re looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands on and try out new things. Better done than perfect.

  • You have experience in a client-facing role (customer success, consulting/professional services..)

  • You like our clients and they like you : you’re able to handle multiple customers/accounts simultaneously

  • You’re comfortable in ambiguous and uncertain environment (priorities can change fast in a startup)

  • You are autonomous, structured and reliable in the way you handle the tasks you are given (and those you undertake yourself)

  • You want your work to matter 🙂

Must have:

  • Strong interest for sustainable development and impact topics. You are driven by the aspect of speaking about Sustainability on a day to day basis with your clients

  • First professional experience

  • Doer mindset

  • French and English fluency

  • Previous experience in Customer Success (owning renewals and expansion) / startup

  • Intro/Presentations with Rachel, the Head of Customer Success

  • Intro/Presentations with Clara, Customer Success Manager

  • Case study (~45mn) call with Clara, Will & Rachel

  • In-person meet the team at Station F, including the Founders. Platform demo and answering any questions.
