As a sustainability expert at Beavr, you’ll work hand in hand with Pierre and Will to make sure our clients get the smoothest of experiences. Your inputs as a CSR expert will be crucial to guide our clients to their goals. Your missions :

• CSR expert / consultant role : Help customers prepare their certifications, answer questions, provide advice and tips, share expertise - provide the best certification preparation experience to customers

• Customer success role : Help customers use Beavr platform, provide support on technical issues, build and maintain guides and FAQs, maintain regular contact with all customers to ensure that everything is running smoothly, that they are taken care of, etc.

• Content production and playbook structuration role : Contribute to content production and improvement on CSR certification topics (based on consulting / advice / tips provided to customers), identify elements to implement to increase customer autonomy and decrease time allocated to consulting

In addition to working on these key topics, you will also get to contribute to other dimensions of Beavr such as

• Regulatory and competitive watch : monitor sustainability and impact news as well as activity from our competitors to identify potential risks and new opportunities / ideas early on

• Product improvement : identify new features to improve our existing products, and help prototype the new modules that will be released on our platform

Some of the frameworks that you’ll work on :

EcoVadis (priority), B-Corp, CSRD, ISO 14001 and many any more as we expand our markets

As a Beavr coach, you will have a decisive impact on many of the hot topics for Beavr’s development. For that reason, we are looking for a versatile profile with both robust analytical foundations and a strong bias for action, who is willing to be confronted to and take ownership of many different topics.

Key for success :

• Be comfortable in an ambiguous and changing environment

• Be goal-driven. Delivering features reliably is key at this stage of the company.

• Be a CSR expert for Beavr. We hope you will learn from us and we want to learn from you.

• Be curious. You will have to touch on many different topic to be successful. You need to enjoy juggling with various frameworks/stakes.
