We are building our Sales team and looking for a profile who likes to build, but who’s also ‘hands-on’.

At Beavr, Sales drive deals, manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects. You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and managing easy to complex sales cycles.

At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Beavr Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Beavr customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).

We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be a real team player even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge the team to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.


Profil recherché

With Marketing and BDRs boosting your pipe with leads, you will improve to become our ace marksman. No sustainability knowledge is required (but you should be looking to learn!). Opportunities for internal growth (open foreign market, senior position, Account Management, Team Lead) are numerous over time. This is a hands-on position. You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Beavr if you:

  • Have experience in SaaS (3+ years as an AE)

  • Have strong written & verbal communication skills (this role will be fully focused on the French market but a strong & fluent English level is a strong plus, as we’ll be expending internationally in 2025)

  • Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills

  • Are ready to get your hands dirty : we’re a small team and everyone chips in when necessary (we love cold call sessions).

  • Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems

  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building (experience with MEDDIC, SPICED or Gap Selling methodology is a plus).

  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

  • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team

  • You’re a builder

  • Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
