Our vision is to have an application written with "basic" code in order to facilitate and reduce its maintenance. The missions are the addition and evolution of functionalities, the improvement of the experience and the user interface, all with the constant concern for performance and security of use. The objective is to develop a platform that can respond to all types of customers that we target. The skills of the R&D team are obviously first and foremost technical: design and writing of code, but also functional since R&D participates directly in the development of calculations and other elements relating to the business of financing and banking.

We aim to renew the entire core banking software package offering (credit, leasing, account management) with innovative technology. We create a "wow effect" systematically with our customers, and we were able to show our efficiency with all our customers put into production. Nothing would be possible without a working atmosphere based on trust and the pleasure of working together, based on great autonomy through teleworking for all.
Recruitment process
2 one-hour sessions: first 1 with the CTO then 1 with the CEO Small technical test to assess how the candidate thinks about a technical problem (this is not a technical skills test). It's not necessary to know javascript for the test (if you want to learn it) but knowing the language beforehand is obviously an important asset.
