Duties & Responsibilities

Events & Influence:

  • Develop the restaurant’s visibility via influencers, concierges, journalists or important celebrities.

  • Organize collaborations with local service providers to develop the restaurant’s image and business (PURE magazine, villa rentals, local ecosystem).

  • Follow-up on the restaurants’ coverage in the press.

  • Manage the VIP & concierge files.

  • Organise and follow-up of communication events and partnerships (Marché de la Méditerranée, Bagatelle Voilier).

  • Manage concierge & customer gifts.

Marketing:

  • Draft & edit external newsletters (opening, updated opening times, etc.)

  • Edit & print menus on a daily basis.

Communication:

  • Create visual content for social media (live and static) to publish and share.

  • Organise and follow-up photo shoots (search for photographers and videographers).

  • Select & manage service providers responsible of graphics and printing.

  • Create flyers for social media posts to deal with unforeseen circumstances (rain, schedule changes).

  • Manage daily the website (necessary updates) & all social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).

  • Manage online reputation: reviews (responses and follow-up) + report every 15 days on average ratings.


Profil recherché

About you

You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communication in the hospitality and / or luxury industry.

Required skills:

  • Curious, creative-minded and proactive.

  • Autonomous, reliable and organized.

  • Laser-focused, with a strong eye for details.

  • Passionate for social media and new digital trends.

  • Strong attention to details and customers’ needs.

  • Confident speaker and excellent copywriter.

  • Diplomat and flexible, with a strong ability to work with different teams and cultures.

  • Excellent knowledge of Saint-Tropez’s hospitality, culinary and nightlife scenes.

  • Fluent in French & English.
