YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Introduce or help manage AI tools to improve the speed and quality of SEO workflows like brief creation, draft reviews, keyword research, and reporting.

  • Support internal documentation of SEO standards, workflows, and best practices across global markets.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO analysis, content strategy, or SEO operations.

  • 1+ years experience using AI tools for workflow automation or content operations.

  • Strong understanding of on-site SEO fundamentals (keyword analysis, content audits, internal linking, metadata, etc.).

  • Analytical / Data skills (Data Studio, Tableau, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Sheet, SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush)

  • Comfortable working across markets and teams—able to switch between high-level insights and deep dives as needed.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Enthusiasm for and pride in your work

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data meaningfully
