Where will you be in the organization?

 

The division

 

Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.

 

The department / team

 

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its “IT for Business” duty, our department designs, builds and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions, organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance).

 

Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of the Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in:

·       Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions

·       Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes

·       Leveraging a market leading right-shored delivery model

·       Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model

 

You will integrate a high performing team of ~200 experts, mainly located in France and Portugal (and supported by offshored managed services), with a strong focus on delivery, collaboration, commitment and value creation, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in cutting-edge technologies and engage in activities that relate directly with business processes and functions, working together with the colleagues from the Group Corporate departments.

 

 

About the job

 

Job purpose

 

As an Operational Excellence Officer, your main objective is to ensure Corporate Functions Global Products department's operations are running smoothly and efficiently through fostering operational excellence thanks to the analysis of performance data and the coordination and follow up of transversal topics.

This role is central and pivotal in the department, requiring collaboration with all the teams of the departments and beyond (such as Finance, Process&Data, Procurement, Strategy...).

 

Main missions

 

Reporting to the department’s Operational Excellence Lead, your responsibilities will include:

·       The execution / support of Operational Excellence processes on:

o   Finance: Budget, actuals and simulations

o   Procure to Pay: Contracts and purchase orders

o   Order to Cash: Contracts and invoicing

o   Sourcing and workforce evolution

o   Compliance with Group Standards: Security, Audit and Operational Risk Management

o   Products KPIs: Roadmap, product catalogue, footprint, product performance tracking

·       Meetings Governance: Preparation and organization of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of processes

·       Supporting and tracking the implementation of the new Target Operating Model

·       Data gathering, and compilation, treatment, reporting including through Power BI dahsboards

·       Other related Ad Hoc / New requests

 

Within our department, you will mainly interact with Product line managers, Product managers, and Operational excellence officers, to coordinate and centralize transversal activities related to the Products and implementation of the Transformation program.

 

Collaborating hand in hand with your manager/tutor you will also act as an entry point for other AXA GO departments including Finance, Markets, Transformation, Risks, etc.

Profil recherché

About you

 

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

 

Experience

 

Ongoing +5 years degree in engineering or University

Experience in administration, operations, project management, or related field preferred

 

Technical skills

 

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required; familiarity with Teams, Office365, Power BI, and SharePoint preferred

 

Soft skills / transversal skills

·       Language:

o   French: Fluent

o   English: Fluent

·       Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and learn new tasks

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently and to track and report on task progress

·       Willing to learn and accept new challenges

·       Out-of-the-box thinking and innovation
