Descriptif du poste

Our business, protection. We protect people, property and assets.

Our purpose, Act for Human Progress by protecting what matters.

Does this speak to you? Then come and join 149,000 future colleagues who are committed to our 95 million clients in 50 countries around the world every day.

Your work environment

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices.

The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.

AXA is built around diversity and unity, which is why we are committed to promoting collective success through inclusion.

Within the Group, you will join the Emerging customers department

In 2016, AXA launched AXA Emerging Customers, a dedicated inclusive business unit aiming to scale inclusive insurance solutions for the emerging middle class across Asia, Africa and Latin America with AXA entities. The specific protection needs of this new client segment has led us to reinvent insurance by simplifying products (focused on health, protection and property), building technology partnerships, and tying up with innovative distribution channel partnerships to better serve our clients. At end-2023, this initiative protected circa 14M million clients, contributing to financial inclusion and sustainable development through a business approach.

Since 2022, AXA has started to expand the remit of its inclusive insurance activities beyond emerging markets to also encompass the socio-economic difficulties encountered by lower middle-class customers in mature European markets. In these countries, mandatory insurance such as motor and home insurance can represent up to 25% of these customers’ constrained expenses, leading to un(der)-insurance. Societal shifts such as the development of independent work, part-time work, weakening of social security systems is also challenging traditional safety nets, leading to new protection gaps.

AXA Emerging Customers is AXA’s global team of subject matter experts whose aim is to deploy, in partnership with local AXA entities, inclusive insurance programs. It is the voice of Inclusive Insurance and drives the social business contribution of the Group.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join the inclusive business unit of one of the leading global financial service players, ensuring emerging customers around the world gain access to protection for their families, businesses and communities.
