YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

What You’ll Do

Au sein de l’équipe Actuariat P&C (7 personnes), nous vous proposons de prendre part aux travaux actuariels relatifs aux sujets techniques d’assurance Dommages (P&C) :

- Evaluation de la solidité des provisions techniques (Participation aux exercices de revues des provisions techniques, aux processus budgétaires et à l’élaboration du plan stratégique)

- Analyse de la performance technique des branches d’activités. Analyse des états financiers

- Optimisation et développement d’outils

Ce poste offre une grande visibilité sur les opérations d’assurances IARD, à travers une grande variété de sujets techniques et à enjeux significatifs pour le Groupe AXA

YOUR PROFILE

Who you are

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master 2 Actuariat, Mathématiques ou Finance (Incluant Business Schools). Vous vous retrouvez dans les descriptions suivantes

• Capacité d’analyse : Apprécie plonger profondément dans des sujets techniques
• Capacité à utiliser ses compétences mathématiques et/ou actuarielles pour la résolution de problématiques professionnelles : Une expérience (par exemple un projet professionnel ou un projet académique mené en collaboration avec une entreprise) est attendue, l’utilisation d’un langage de programmation (VBA, R, Python) est un plus
• Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) avec la capacité de présenter de manière simple des concepts complexes et de défendre des positions
• Collaboration : Apprécie la collaboration avec des équipes diverses, en s'adaptant à différents styles personnels et cultures
• Curiosité : Soif insatiable d'apprendre chaque jour
• Flexibilité : Capacité d'adaptation et flexibilité dans des environnements de travail divers. Capacité à jongler avec une grande diversité de situations,
• Organisation : Organisation, précision et minutie
• Langue: Anglais; le Français est un plus.

Your Work Environment

The AXA Group headquarters (GIE AXA) encompasses our corporate activities. Within the Group, you will join the Finance department, specifically the Group Performance Management department, which oversees the activities of AXA's subsidiaries by ensuring the setting of sustainable and ambitious profitability objectives and monthly monitoring of performance results.

In this department, you will join the Property & Casualty Actuarial team (7 members), which is responsible for validating the technical solidity of the balance sheet and, more specifically, the level of technical provisions (€100 billion) as well as monitoring technical profitability (rate increases, claims development).
