Do you want to take on a key role within the People Team at our Berlin-based Health Tech Scale-up (hybrid working model) and join us in revolutionizing the hearing aid industry?

You will

  • Scale our Tech & Product org 🚀
  • Ownership of end-to-end hiring and recruitment process
  • Build innovative, multi-channel recruiting strategies
  • Partner with Tech leadership to make sure we attract the best talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling content
  • Prioritize DEI - implement strategies to continually remove bias
  • Create an empathetic, human-centric candidate experience
  • Identify talent needs, deliver insights + analysis of the Tech market

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience with Tech profiles
  • High agency with a problem-solving orientation
  • Get excited by data, continually seeking to analyse and optimise the hiring funnel
  • You excel at search & know how to attract candidates that change our reality
  • You excel at building and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Excellent English skills, and if you can throw in some German in a casual chat, even better!
