Organization

  • Report to the Head of Marketing.

  • Join a small and dynamic Marketing team of 4 people

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Missions

đź”§ Growth & Acquisition Strategy (60%)

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by optimizing and automating key workflows.

Conversion Funnel Optimization

  • Improve website conversion rate (trials/traffic) by +10% within 6 months.

  • Optimize trial-to-paid conversion rates by implementing A/B tests and automation.

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure efficient lead handover.

Launch and Scale Growth Initiatives

  • Develop, implement, and optimize new offers and AI-powered solutions.

  • Launch 2 side projects within 3 months

đź’» Marketing Automation & Process Efficiency (40%)

Optimize processes to scale efficiently and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Automation & Tooling

  • Automate at least 5 key workflows within the first 6 months.

  • Help set up prospecting tools and create prospect lists to accelerate sales operations.

CAC Payback Optimization

  • Reduce CAC payback period by optimizing and automating acquisition processes.

Profil recherché

Hard Skills

  • Hands-on experience with growth tools: HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Zapier (or equivalent automation tools), low-code tools like Retool.

  • AI tools: prompt engineering, image and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, RunwayML)”

  • Analytical & data-driven mindset: track, optimize, and improve funnel performance.

  • Fluent in English

Soft Skills

  • Soft skills & adaptability: strong emotional intelligence, high resilience, and a continuous learning mindset.

  • Tech-savvy problem solver: automate and optimize workflows to drive efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills: ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

  • Ability to work autonomously with high adaptability: manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks strategically.

Expected Profile

  • 4-10 years of experience in relevant roles (Growth, Marketing Automation, RevOps) in tech, SaaS, or marketing growth environments.

  • Master’s degree preferred. If no university background, 5+ years in a top company.

  • Genuine interest for our mission (tech for good, non-profits, social impact).

Déroulement des entretiens

1) Screening

  • Spend 1h with the HR and our Head of marketing to check the fit between what you are looking for and what we are offering.

2) Technical Skills

  • Complete a 2-hour use case at home, followed by an interview with your manager to debrief the use case and deep dive into your experience and skills

3) Talk about Business

  • Validate technical expertise and business thinking. Ensure cultural fit, strategy mindset and alignment with our mission.

4) Meet the team

  • Meet your peers within the marketing team and join us for a lunch or a drink at our Paris or Marseille Office.

5) Final HR steps

  • Ref check and finale discussion about salary, start date, and logistics.
