The Opportunity

Assoconnect is a leading software for nonprofits in France. It provides an all-in-one platform to manage every required task a nonprofit encompasses: CRM, memberships, fundraising, accounting, website, e-mailing, and more!

Assoconnect is expanding its offer to the US market where the opportunity is huge.
We have successfully translated the software and are now looking for talented individuals to help us acquire our first customers and develop our brand locally.

Job Description

You will have a dual Marketing & Customer Success mission that will allow you to deeply understand the nonprofit sector on an international scale. On one hand, you will be working with the marketing team to make AssoConnect known to a maximum number of nonprofits in the United States. With the customer success tasks, you will be in charge of product knowledge, responding to client requests and actively participate in the international development of AssoConnect across the globe.

You will work on the following missions

Contribute to the current inbound marketing strategy through content creation (webinars, blog articles, newsletters, etc), adaptation and localization of the French content
Digital marketing: SEO / SEA / Lead generation
Optimization of onboarding (user handling, translation of Help Center articles)
Respond to client questions & requests
Follow-up and customer support
Any other relevant mission that helps us deploy in the US.

Contract Type

We are looking for an intern to join us full time for 6 months with the possibility to work outside of standard hours (ideally 12h00-20h00).


Profil recherché

  • You are an overachiever, a hard worker and you want to make an impact
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: a do’er problem solving type of personality
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented & Creative
  • High-energy and a love for life!
  • Native English speaker
  • Excellent writing skills & irreproachable grammar (English)
  • Notions in French (A2 required)
  • You recognizes yourself in our values: Excellence, Kindness and Simplicity
  • Previous experience in a Marketing role, or in the nonprofit sector is a plus
