Organization

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing

  • Working within a Marketing team of 4 people

  • Daily collaboration with the Content, Growth

  • Frequent interaction and team work with Sales and Product teams.

  • Important participation to the content strategy and autonomy in its execution

Missions

✍️ SEO content (40%)

Craft strategic, SEO-driven content to grow organic traffic and engage the right audience.

  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content (blog posts, whitepapers, landings, and case studies) that resonates with our target audience.

  • Expand the blog’s content production and structure to target relevant keywords and long-tail opportunities

    • Double blog post output within 3 months in collaboration with our SEO Lead

🎥 Video Content & Webinars (30%)

Develop multimedia content to engage and educate our audience.

  • Lead our Youtube content strategy

    • Target: Reach 8,000 YouTube subscribers within 12 months

    • How: Publish 2+ videos/month on our YouTube channel within 4 months

  • Own the editorial calendar for webinars

    • Run 1+ webinar per month within 6 weeks

    • Animate webinars when relevant

🤓 Content strategy (30%)

Drive content alignment across teams and platforms to support acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketer to ship 3+ lead-gen assets in the first 6 months

  • Adapt and repurpose content across different channels (website, email, social media, paid media, etc.).

  • Support internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing) with strategic content needs: sales enablement materials, customer stories, onboarding content, product content, etc.


Profil recherché

Our ideal candidate

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar Content Marketing role (B2B, ideally SaaS)

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Literature

  • Experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is a plus

Hard Skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in French (native level)

  • Experience managing end-to-end content production (blog, landing pages, video scripts)

  • Good knowledge of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)

  • CMS experience (Hubspot, WordPress, Webflow, or similar)

  • Content management tools (Notion, Airtable, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML

  • Experience in video content production (basic tools like Loom, Canva, Descript)

  • Professional English

  • Detail-oriented and rigorous

  • ROI-driven and performance-minded

  • Project management skills: ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines

  • Creative and adaptable

  • Autonomous and well-organized

Déroulement des entretiens

1) Screening

  • Spend 1h with the HR and our Head of marketing to check the fit between what you are looking for and what we are offering.

2) Technical Skills

  • Complete a 2-hour use case at home, followed by an interview with your manager to debrief the use case and deep dive into your experience and skills

3) Talk about Business

  • Validate technical expertise and business thinking. Ensure cultural fit, strategy mindset and alignment with our mission.

4) Meet the team

  • Meet your peers within the marketing team and join us for a lunch or a drink at our Paris or Marseille Office.

5) Final HR steps

  • Ref check and finale discussion about salary, start date, and logistics.
