Daily collaboration with the Content, Growth
Frequent interaction and team work with Sales and Product teams.
Important participation to the content strategy and autonomy in its execution
✍️ SEO content (40%)
Craft strategic, SEO-driven content to grow organic traffic and engage the right audience.
Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content (blog posts, whitepapers, landings, and case studies) that resonates with our target audience.
Expand the blog’s content production and structure to target relevant keywords and long-tail opportunities
🎥 Video Content & Webinars (30%)
Develop multimedia content to engage and educate our audience.
Lead our Youtube content strategy
Target: Reach 8,000 YouTube subscribers within 12 months
How: Publish 2+ videos/month on our YouTube channel within 4 months
Own the editorial calendar for webinars
Run 1+ webinar per month within 6 weeks
Animate webinars when relevant
🤓 Content strategy (30%)
Drive content alignment across teams and platforms to support acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Collaborate with Growth Marketer to ship 3+ lead-gen assets in the first 6 months
Adapt and repurpose content across different channels (website, email, social media, paid media, etc.).
Support internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing) with strategic content needs: sales enablement materials, customer stories, onboarding content, product content, etc.
3 to 7 years of experience in a similar Content Marketing role (B2B, ideally SaaS)
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Literature
Experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is a plus
Excellent writing and editing skills in French (native level)
Experience managing end-to-end content production (blog, landing pages, video scripts)
Good knowledge of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
CMS experience (Hubspot, WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
Content management tools (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML
Experience in video content production (basic tools like Loom, Canva, Descript)
