Job description

Your goal: Become a product expert to best support our many customers in understanding and using our application!
Your missions: Selling them dreams and solutions through outstanding trainings and interventions!

👉 You will have to:

-Host (mainly) distance interventions (workshops, training, webinars) and transmit our expertise to HR professionals.

-Onboard new clients.

-Act as a referent and maintain an excellent customer relationship.

-Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.

-Develop new learning formats and refine existing ones.

We would need


🇬🇧 Good command of English: AssessFirst is an international structure made up of multiple nationalities, if you want to be able to talk with your colleagues it will be useful for you.

đŸ‡«đŸ‡· Bilingual or fluent in French: As the position concerns the french market, it may help !

🚀 energy, dynamism and an ability to spread your good mood that would make the greatest performers jealous!

đŸ’Ș Managing a group of demanding professionals. More than a worry, for you it’s a real challenge.

📄 You do not necessarily have training experience but a real motivation and desire to learn this profession. (and to join us too!)
