The marketing and communication team ‘s objective is to build Arianee’s brand awareness and generate qualified leads to fuel the growth. We address different targets : BtoB audiences C-exec, Arianee token holders, web3 tech communities.
As Head of Communities, you will be responsible for designing and executing the strategies for our targets : key platforms, content creation & growth.

• Build, grow and engage our different communities ( targets)
• Create the social media strategy across selected channels : Discord, Linked in, Twitter, IG, Telegram
• Coordinate the production of social media content ( text - visual - videos etc) internally
• Brief, follow up & coordinate with agencies/ content creators/ moderators for the different targets
• Engage with the community: followers, comments, content seeding
• Set up and follow the editorial schedule
• Manage SM campaigns : set up, kpis, budget management
• Collaborate with the different teams to define & collect the best content & info
• Set up and manage ongoing reporting processes to give visibility and analyze the data to increase engagement and content performance (set up of key metrics around behavior, engagement… )

Profile:

• Previous experience in Web3 mandatory
• +5 years of experience in the Social media field / community building
• You have a high level of autonomy and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information and requests)
• You love taking initiatives, suggesting new ideas and improvements
• You’re passionate about brands and new technologies
• Fluent in English - French (written and spoken) is a plus
• Startup/Scale-up company experience is a plus
