Join the Marketing and Direct Sales Department of APRIL International and actively participate in the Digital Marketing strategy for attracting new expatriate customers.


Your goal: develop the visibility and attractiveness of APRIL International on all online Lead-Acquisition channels.

YOUR ROLE :


As part of a the Digital Marketing team, and working closely with our local teams in Paris, London, Montreux, Hong Kong and Singapore, you will be in charge of targeting expatriates and future expatriates looking for international health insurance, of all nationalities and all over the world. You will be involved in all acquisition levers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Role: 

•Manage and optimise international and multilingual campaigns in SEA, Social Ads, and Display.

•Develop lead-gen partnerships: prospection, on-boarding and monitoring the relationship with affiliates

•Allocate and optimise budgets for acquisition channels and geographic targeting according to lead generation and sales performance.

•With the help of a service provider to deploy it, be responsible for the quality of tracking and trafficking.

•Analyse performance and improve targeting, taking into account feedback from our conversion teams. Ensure reporting.

•Work closely with the site manager and content manager to improve the impact of our landing pages, the performance of our forms and pricing paths.

•Lead and challenge agencies that may be involved in the acquisition strategy.

•Monitor technology and strategy to identify opportunities for optimisation and development.




Profil recherché

You have a master’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years experience as a Traffic Manager (agency and/or advertiser). You are enthusiastic about your job and business and performance-oriented in your approach.


Your skills :


•Technical skills: strong expertise in SEA, Social Ads and CRO techniques, Tag Management (Google Tag Manager), Web Analytics (Google Analytics, ideally Adobe Analytics).

•Cross-disciplinary skills: ability to analyse and summarise, commitment, autonomy, situational awareness, be proactive, reactivity, curiosity, practical, rigourous and team spirit.

•Your language skills: english native, basic french
