Responsibilities:
Pre-sales => 25%
• Partner with Sales to analyze customer business needs, lead functional / technical presentation and discussions, define functional / technical solutions and responses to support the opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Bid Management and Product Owner to identify Product or Service gaps and feedback field information to create future competitive advantage and better value proposition
Solution Architecture and delivery => 25%
• Elaborate functional / technical solution to meet customer requirements
• Partner with customers and the internal stakeholders to collect the information required to deliver the solution
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in his area to be seen as the trusted advisor by the customer
• Partner with internal stakeholders and Schemes (MasterCard and Visa) to bring problem resolution
Project Management => 30%
• Project coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Management of customer expectations and project scope (deliver to scope)
• Management of scope change (Change Request)
• Management of project planning and cost (time to deliver and cost to deliver)
Education & Development => 20%
• Support the improvement of document templates used by the overall team
• Support the improvement of internal tools used to deliver projects
• Self-learning and team cross-fertilization on market trends, products innovation and regulations in the area of expertise
Qualifications
• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in functional and technical project management
• Customer facing and ability to communicate effectively
• Appetite in technology and innovation
• Spanish
• English
