Founded in 2021, Allisone’s core mission is setting up the future of dentistry by using Computer Vision and Deep Learning, and is simplifying dental practice as well. Allisone is a digital assistant that will never get tired of X-ray analysis and will bring safer and faster diagnosis.

We are looking for our second Product Designer ! It’s only the beginning of a great adventure. We are 45 employees today, based in France, and we are going to start scaling this year in Europe. It’s the opportunity to join a young start-up and be one of the pioneers!

About your role

As a Product Designer, you’ll be one of the team’s design expert. You’ll focus on delivering the best possible experience for our end users as well as admins.

Conduct evaluative user research to define the problems worth solving

Facilitate ideation workshops to generate creative solutions

Craft the best solutions for our users

Create prototype and get feedback from user testing sessions

Document the research findings and design choices

Act as an advocate for our users, both within the product team and the rest of the organisation.

Share your knowledge and empower the Design team

Improve our Product Design processes and methodologies

Conducting market research to determine gaps in the market.

Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy the team

Collaborating with the product team, and providing helpful feedback on processes.

Engaging audiences and using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback.

Producing prototypes and models to test functionality.

Researching tools, materials and relevant design techniques.

About you

Relevant experience as a Product Designer with a proven track record to build innovative tech products from the ground up

Proven working knowledge of design tools (Figma) and prototyping

Significant experience in Design Thinking and Lean Startup

Turn user problems detected across all feedback channels into product opportunities.

Can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use

Used to work in close collaboration with PM & engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, conception to launch. You are a team player - you always demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and want to work in a team

Obsessed by simplicity, you have strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

You explain and document. You know why you’re designing this way. You take care of explaining the foundations of your design choices. Your design productions are never shared without context.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key to your role and to the design team in general.
