Allianz Real Estate is the captive investment and asset manager for real estate within Allianz Group. We develop and execute tailored investment strategies for our clients, focusing on direct and indirect equity globally and commercial real estate loans in Europe and the U.S. We aim to provide superior risk-adjusted returns along the buy-manage-sell value chain with a primary focus on Core to Value Add opportunities in the 24/7 gateway cities of the world. Our global activities are steered out of Munich whilst local operating platforms provide market coverage, transaction sourcing and asset management. From a direct equity portfolio of €16bn in 2008, our AUM grew to €71bn at the end of September 2020 – positioning us as the world ́s largest real estate investor (IPE Top 100 Real Estate Investor, May 2020)

Tasks

  • Participation in the international rollout of the FileNet-based document management system (DMS) at Allianz Real Estate
  • Coordination and management of IT projects including the IT service providers involved, in particular further enhancements of the company’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • System support (operation, support, training) and further development of the two systems DMS and CRM of the company including interfaces in close coordination with the respective national and international business functions of Allianz Real Estate as well as the Allianz Group
  • Ensuring the interface function within Allianz Real Estate and within the Allianz Group as well as for external business partners
  • Execution of process analyses and design, development of functional and technical concepts in close cooperation and coordination with the business units
  • Creation of high-quality process, program and user documentation

Profil recherché

Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Successfully completed university studies (business administration / economics, (business) informatics or comparable field of study)
  • Very good knowledge of document management or enterprise content management systems, ideally experience with IBM/FileNet
  • Experience in the operation of a document management system, in particular also in installation and configuration
  • Very good knowledge of customer relationship management systems and experience with their operation, ideally SugarCRM; knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and SQL is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge and experience of basic IT technologies (e.g. network, web technologies, interfaces (web services), databases, operating system, directory services, e-mail system, office products), good knowledge of aspects of IT security and usability/user experience
  • Experience with workflow and process modelling as well as knowledge of workflow systems and change management processes
  • Knowledge in the usage of agile development methods, e.g. Scrum, and their tools, e.g. Jira and Github
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong ability to quickly manage complex systems
  • Above-average commitment, resilience and flexibility
  • Work experience in an international environment, a high degree of service orientation and commitment as well as a great interest in intercultural cooperation
  • Independent working style, initiative and personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, ability to cooperate and work in a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French, German is a plus
