Descriptif du poste
- Promote digital culture and transformation initiatives to our global team through regular communications and events
- Ensure global awareness on the main digital topics touching our business (such as robotics, blockchain, insur-tech, etc.) by raising topic, planning and animating conference and drafting memos or keynotes
- Animate a global team of local champions to facilitate two-way communication (generating actionable feedback)
- Community management of Digital Transformation intranet spaces and upgrading further World Agency groups
- Support the launch and rollout of new digital tools
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement with digital initiatives
- Support teams with the creation of new formats for training, new content, building an open culture etc. in different geographies for employee engagement
Profil recherché
- Student in a Business School or University
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience with internation exposure in Communication / Marketing
- Good communcation, proactive, autonomy
