At Algolia, we are passionate about helping developers & product teams connect their users with what matter most in milliseconds!
We’re looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented person who’s enthusiastic about both the practical and operational as well as the more creative work of our HR department.
Our EMEA team is growing rapidly in Paris and London and we’ll need our HR Coordinator to hit the ground running; owning employee data, being in charge of great on- and off-boarding experiences for our team, and generally being the go-to person for everything related to benefits and administration across our EMEA offices.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Supporting and delivering our five-star onboarding experience (partner with our Recruiting team to prepare the arrival of new hires, contracts creation, Schools relationships…)
  • Improving our Process to onboard interns and Apprentices
  • Participating in the EMEA administration and Support the Tier 1 HR point of contact for all EMEA employees (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves of absence…).
  • Being an active participant in the annual promotion process.

Profil recherché

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong communication skills, unquestionable integrity, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential Human Resources matters
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time and a desire to get things done

  • Native French & Fluent in English.
