Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Workday Compensation Specialist (f/m) to join our HR Digital Core department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join a transnational team with passionate people for HR digital processes. The team, working in the frame of IM-HR integrated Agile setup, is delivering new core HR solutions and evolutions for end users worldwide in the Airbus Group.
You will quickly be the focal point for small and big evolutions, challenging the need and delivering the best value for the domain we are in charge of.

Propose and manage workday deliveries on compensation processes, ensuring quality and efficiency for customers.
Provide guidance to customers based on capacity/limitations/efforts vs added value/cost.
Drive continuous improvement within HIMalaya for Airbus Group with a focus on HR.
Be the focal point for business representatives & address business requirements.
Configure and test the delivered solutions.
Monitor cross countries, cross divisions’ data consistency and alerting in case of any deviations.
Contribute delivering up to date change communication with the change team and local reward teams.
Your boarding pass:
At least 5 years experience on performing system design and configuration within Workday, with at least 2 years for the compensation & benefits module.
Experience in project management.
Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate, address business issues and offer solutions.
You are a fast learner and already experienced working within an international team.
English: negotiation level
