As part of the Online Acquisition team (SEO/SEA, paid acquisition, Content Marketing), your role will be to:
Lead and refine the SEO strategy for Agicap with the objective of increasing organic traffic, search ranking and maximizing ROI
Build a site content & technical strategy for SEO across 4 markets (FR, DE, ES & NL) with a focus on supporting revenue growth targets
Partner with the Inbound team in the execution of SEO specific strategies
Collaborate on SEO content creation with our Content Marketing Manager, international Marketing teams and freelancers
Lead the global Netlinking strategy with the help of local marketing
Analyze data, share insights and improve SEO reportings
Partner with our engineering team to ensure the implementation of technical enhancements (log analysis, servers, site architecture, Javascript…) and address SEO issues
Optimise the technical SEO infrastructure such as content containers, metadata, etc
Identify opportunities and define roadmap for SEO automation

1/ Marketing Team : in charge of the prospect lead generation
2/ SDR qualifies leads every week.
During the first phone call, they identify the prospect needs. They do not present the solution but rather understand how the company manages its cash flow monitoring, identifying needs, decision-makers and existing tensions on cash flow.
They plan phone call meetings (software demonstrations) with the right decision-maker.
3/ Account Executives take over and demonstrate the software to answer the pain already identified (by phone, without video call). They sell the solution and activate the subscription.
Lead qualification is therefore a major issue in our sales practices.
4/ As soon as there is a subscription, the Customer Success team manages the onboarding, the training of new users. The CS team also manages support and account management.
