As a Head of Partnership France based in Lyon, you will play a crucial role within Agicap as an inspiring and motivating leader for a team of 8 to 10 fields sales - partnership.
You will be part of a dynamic team that contributes directly to Agicap’s growth and offers great opportunities for individual and collective development. In addition, you will work closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success teams on site to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR, globally, in the next 2-3 years. The Partner Channel will play a critical role in hitting this target.
Reporting to our VP Sales France, your objectives will be as follows:
1. Structuring the France Partners Team:
Take full ownership of achieving the France Partnerships business plan and targets.
Design and continuously refine the team’s structure to align with business priorities and diverse partner profiles.
Define and implement best-in-class processes—internally and externally—to maximize partnership efficiency.(including commercial tools and workflows)
2. Championing Partnerships for France:
Externally: Serve as the face of Agicap at all partner-led events, building strong relationships and brand reputation.
Internally: Foster seamless collaboration across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Care), while structuring interactions to drive partnership success.
3. Direct Management of the France Partnerships Team:
Lead, coach, and inspire the team of Partnership Managers through weekly one-on-ones and ongoing feedback.
Set clear strategic direction, defining and recommending impactful commercial actions to help the team smash their objectives.
Support Managers in key partner meetings and facilitate cross-department collaboration to drive results.
Drive the development of commercial, organizational, and product expertise within the Partnerships team.
We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Partnership leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market.
6-8 years as Head of Partnerships / Team Lead Partnerships in a fast growing scale up or established tech company.
Solid track record in recruiting and activating partners engaged in a full-service motion, from sales to onboarding and long term account management.
Strong ability to work with direct sales and CS team and align everyone on a “partner-first” mindset.
Hands-on, you like to go on the front line and lead by example.
Corporate finance knowledge is a nice plus. You must be able to quickly become an expert in the field though.
Established network in the field of financial consulting and ERP integrators is a big plus.
Native in French and fluent in English.
