🎉 The Role
Becoming a Product Owner at ADLIN means acting as the conductor orchestrating the development of the first version of our software platform.
Responsibilities
Own the Delivery phase of the product cycle, including:
Writing user stories and functional specifications
Prioritizing and refining the backlog daily with the development team
Participating in sprint ceremonies as Product Owner
Ensuring the go‑to‑market of new features and releases
Communicating progress to all stakeholders
Collecting user feedback and ensuring product adoption
Collaborate closely with the UX Designer (mockup iterations)
Contribute to building the roadmap with the PM and cross‑functional teams: identify product issues and opportunities, lead user research and workshops, analyze needs, etc.
Your place within the team
At the heart of our product development, you will be in constant communication with developers and DevOps, as well as with key stakeholders across the company (CEO, scientific team, data team…). You will collaborate with the UX Designer on mockup iterations and play an active role in roadmap creation alongside the CEO and the broader teams, identifying product opportunities, leading user workshops, conducting research, and analyzing needs.
Career growth
In the mid‑term, the Product Owner will have the opportunity—if they wish—to evolve toward:
A Product Manager role (more focus on the Discovery phase), or
A Product Marketing role.
🧭 Qualifications, Skills & Traits
Degree in science, engineering, or business
2+ years of professional experience
Strong interest in technical topics (web development, databases…)
Basic familiarity or theoretical knowledge of a programming language
Strong analytical skills, synthesis mindset, and written communication
Knowledge of Agile processes preferred
Professional proficiency in English
