La Vie is looking for a sharp and driven Demand Planner to lead short- and long-term forecasting and support supply planning - ensuring maximum availability, minimal waste, and zero compromise on taste 😋
1. Demand Forecasting
Build, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts across multiple time horizons
Develop and own forecasting model
Use and adapt multiple forecasting methodologies tailored to La Vie’s product lines and categories
Track and report forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions when required
Improve Demand planning process to insure La Vie’s scalability
2. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales teams across retail and food service channels, as well as with Marketing, to incorporate market intelligence, promotions, and product launches into the forecast
Coordinate with Supply Planning teams and production sites to ensure alignment on forecasted needs and responsiveness to changes
3. S&OP Management
Own the company’s S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
Lead the Weekly Sales & Operations Meetings
Interface with the Executive Committee (Comex) to provide visibility on forecast changes and explain variance drivers
4. Tools & Visibility
Create clear and valuable forecasting dashboards or tools to increase visibility and facilitate company-wide decision-making
Model demand scenarios to support strategic and operational decisions
Hard Skills :
Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or university, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations
Proven experience in demand planning, S&OP, or data-driven supply chain roles (preferably in FMCG or food industry)
Strong analytical skills
Experience with forecasting tools or data modeling
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or BI tools appreciated
Ability to manage complex, multi-country and multi-channel environments
Solid presentation skills

Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
