As Senior HR Representative EMEA you organize and deliver payroll - through our network of vendors - and all administrative touchpoints for our staff in FR, the UK and our future geographies in EMEA.
You ensure all touchpoints are simple, efficient and engaging. You constantly improve our ways of working by promoting and operating state of the art tools and methods. You will be based in France - full-remote possible - and will work closely with the Head of HR.
Within 1 month you will

master your many tools and processesrun payroll autonomously in Germany and the UK, via our vendorshandle administrative on- and offboarding of 360Learnersensure systems and reports are up to date with accurate datasupport 360Learners with their payroll and administration needsWithin 6 months you will
ensure all people related statutory reports and obligations are fulfilledimplement an ongoing audit of our employee policies’s clarity and complianceleverage transparency and self-service to further enhance efficiency of operationsWithin 12 months you will
assess and challenge our payroll vendors in order to optimize our vendor listbenchmark our administrative touchpoints: make recommendations for them to stand outbe ready to open up new geographies from the payroll and administration standpointThe Skills Set
3+ years in people operations, in charge of payroll and administrationof which some experience in a scale-up businessgood understanding of French labor lawproven ability to prioritize and organizegood written communication skillsservice orientedmastery of the Google suitefluent English (C1 level), to communicate on sensitive topicsfluent French, to deal with the French regulationsGerman is a plusenthusiasm about the idea of working in our Culture of ConvexityWhat We Offer
