Revenue
The Business team is responsible for selling all of Welcome to the Jungle's products. This versatile team excels in three key areas:
- Sales: These champions of the first impression are responsible for initiating the customer experience. They identify customer needs, establish strong relationships with incoming prospects, and kickstart the sales process. The SDR (Sales Development Representative) team is the first point of contact. Subsequently, the Account Executives take over, guiding prospects through all Welcome to the Jungle solutions until the contract is signed.
- Account Managers: This team orchestrates the initial stages of the customer journey, ensuring that Welcome to the Jungle meets their needs.
- Business Operations: Their main mission is to optimize revenue and ensure that each stage of the sales funnel, from acquisition to retention, is as effective as possible.
