WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Business Developer in a tech company, you will work together with a team in charge of designing and selling our applications, and interact with Product engineers, Data Scientists, Software engineers, as well as our Marketing & Communication Experts.

You will have to analyze and understand the sectors we work with: the culture, the habits, the developments that are transforming the business and the opportunities that they bring. Your mission will be about establishing contact with new customers, understand their needs, but also accompany them in the deployment of our products & handle the sales cycle until the contract is signed.

THERE IS NO TYPICAL DAY, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO

• Spend time finding the right people to talk to, and build your network
• Communicate a lot (email, phone, onsite, etc.)
• Interact with our software engineers, our data scientists and the management, to reach the best possible decisions regarding our products
• Propose and deploy demos to customers, whether new or existing
• Build and deliver trainings
• Spot new opportunities (new companies, new sectors, new countries)
• Travel abroad from time to time

• Your interest for tech environments, your ability to understand & explain complex optimization products
• Your interest for transportation and/or sports & events industries, and how technology can help improve booking & revenue optimization for railways/buses/airlines/stadiums/events.
• An experience (large group, startup, consulting, etc.) related to one of the sectors mentioned above, or in a Revenue Management or Pricing department.

• Your ability to interact and communicate well, with a warehouse agent or an executive vice-president
• Your willingness to manage complex projects, with multiple stakeholders and information flows that are not always perfect and thorough
• Your profile (Business or Engineering degrees are preferred)
• Your level of English (it is even better if you speak an additional language)
