The mission  

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and outbound-focused International Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Paris. You will be part of the Sociabble International Sales Department  and play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, directly contributing to the future expansion of the company

This position presents an excellent opportunity to learn and leverage some of the most successful best-practices in Sales Development. This role also provides and encourages cross-department collaboration with various teams to maximize your impact. 

Your missions include : 

 

  • Prospecting and identifying potential Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in US & EMEA. 

  • Leveraging our CRM, Zoho, for both outbound and inbound efforts. 

  • Collaborating with our marketing team for advanced support on outbound campaigns. 

  • Calling both cold and warm leads to initiate contact and book meetings with good-fit prospects. 

  • Securing appointments with prospects by email, social selling, and other creative means. 

  • Developing leads from white paper downloads, event participation, and other inbound sources. 

  • Using SDR best-practices to create email, call, and social selling sequences/cadences for outbound campaigns. 

  • Qualifying leads based on team guidelines (BANT methodology).

  • 1-hour interview with TA and SDR Manager
  • Simulation with TA, SDR Manager and Head of Global Sales

Preferred experience

The ideal candidate : 

  • You have a business or marketing degree. 
  • You speak English at a near-native level yourself with a proven track record of successful sales experience in the B2B sector, particularly within native English markets. 
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, and you know how to be persuasive. 
  • • Speaking on the phone with people does not bother you, no matter who you are talking to, and who is around.
  • You have prior knowledge or understanding of Sociabble’s industry and use-cases (Internal Communications, Employee Engagemnet/Employee Advocacy)
  • You have excellent priority management.
  • You are able to identify business opportunities by interacting with your contacts.
  • You are very comfortable in innovative and quick-paced environments. Change doesn’t slow you down.
  • You are familiar with staying up-to-date on new technology that impacts the workforce, such as AI.
