• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals in collaboration with CEO
• Deliver quarterly/yearly Sales results in line with the company business plan
• Deliver his own target on agreed territory (depending on previous experience)
• Segment customer targeting to deliver optimum pricing value
• Recruit, train, and coach the sales team
• Define a plan to open new customers in Benelux
• Develop operational activity with existing partners
• Align Marketing & Sales team to ensure end to end efficiency
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
• Manage outbound activities and prospecting campaigns
• Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
• Manage KPIs and overview the day to day sales operation and performance.
• Continuous work on Playbook improvement with a specific focus on RFP and Account Management
• Give, in the CRM, the accurate visibility on the Sales activity and on the achievement of objectives though the management of a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Sucessful sales experience in fast changing SaaS environment
• Exceptionnal soft skills to drive 15+ team
• Previous & sucessful management XP
• Process & data driven, eager to implement & improve sales playbook
• Hands-on
• Familiar with mid-market sales
